We're honest before you book: if the forecast for your night looks poor, we'll tell you and help you move to a better night. On the hunt itself we stay out while there's a realistic chance — we don't drive back at a fixed hour if the sky is about to open.

We pick you up in central Rovaniemi — hotel or a nearby meeting point agreed after booking. Drop-off is back in the centre at the end of the tour.

More than you think. Thermal base layer, wool mid-layer, windproof outer layer, warm boots, hat and gloves. In deep winter we're outside at -15 to -25 °C for stretches. We carry hot drinks and can advise on rentals if you're travelling light.

English, Portuguese and Spanish — guided natively in all three, not translated.

No. Your guide is a professional photographer and shoots portraits of you on the tour, delivered within 36 hours. If you bring your own camera or want to try with your phone, you'll get hands-on help with settings.

Depends on the tour. Ranua and the frozen waterfalls run in daylight and suit most children. Aurora hunts run late (typically 21:00–01:00) and involve waiting outside in the cold — children who can handle that are welcome. Ask us about private tours if you'd like a schedule adapted to your family.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. If we cancel due to hopeless conditions, you get a full refund or a free move to another day.
